The Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League has found an owner this year for all but four of the animals received on the adoption side of the Village animal shelter, according to president Angela Nickols. Nickols credits the league's widespread adoption programs and efforts by active league members for finding homes for all but four eligible animals this year.
