People often talk about custody of their children and sometimes battle over it. There are two ways to resolve the custody of children. One is to reach some compromises, recognize that the children are entitled to know both their parents and structure the future in a more collaborative way.

Sometimes that’s not possible though. Often these are cases that involve facts that are more on the extreme side and those cases generally go before a judge for a decision because compromise is difficult if not impossible.
