During the prosecution's opening statement Friday in the murder trial of Eric McLean,  accused in the fatal shooting of his wife's teen lover, the assistant district attorney general said the couple had an open marriage and would spend time with the teen. But the defense described Eric as an unhappy husband pushed to a breaking point by his wife's open infidelity.
