ID Requirement: You must have a valid driver's license and a certified copy of your birth certificate. Know your parents full names, birth places, and mothers' maiden name as well.

Application Requirement: Both the bride and groom must appear in person at the time of applying. You can obtain a license at the County Clerks' Office. You must bring a witness who knows the two of you at the time you apply.
