ID Requirement: You must have a valid driver's license and a certified copy of your birth certificate. Know your parents full names, birth places, and mothers' maiden name as well.

Residency Requirement: Do not have to be a resident of Wyoming.

If Previously Married: If either applicant has been married before, you may be required to bring Proof of Dissolution.

Application Requirement: Both the bride and groom must appear in person at the time of applying. You can obtain a license at the County Clerks' Office. You must bring a witness who knows the two of you at the time you apply.

Waiting Period: None.

Fees: $25. Cash only.

Blood Tests: No blood test requirement.

Under 18: Applicants must be at least 18 years old or with written parental consent. Applicants under 16 years of age may only obtain a license with court order.

Proxy Marriages: No.

Same-Sex Marriages: No.

Officiants: Every licensed or ordained minister of the gospel may perform marriages. Ministers must give a marriage certificate to the bride and goom upon request and must return a certificate to the county clerk.

Valid: License is valid indefinitely only within the State of Wyoming.
